Key questions to knowing your brand.

By May 19, 2020Uncategorized

Know your brand. Improve your marketing performance.

Branding is WHO you are—and Marketing is how you build awareness. Think of your brand as the DNA that

makes you and your products or service unique. Marketing is your tactical approach to tell the world.

The more authentic your brand, the greater credibility and trust you earn.

Good marketing can help you sell a product or service. But, it’s hard work to keep running uphill

to sell, sell, sell. Smart, well-executed marketing delivered in the context of (the unique you) your

brand can win the hearts, minds, wallets and loyalty of customers.

Your branding will cultivate what your customers can expect from you, and what they will

experience when they utilize your products or services.  In order to determine who your brand is,

first ask yourself several key questions. Your answers to these questions below will help you better

understand your uniqueness and how to make your marketing efforts most effective.

1. What are your core principles and values?

2. What is your mission statement?

3. What inspired you to build your business?

4. Why do you want to offer your products or services to your target audience?

5. What makes you unique?

6. What is your internal company culture?

7. What is your professional sense of style?

8. Why should someone choose to do business with you over someone else?

9. What do you want to come to mind when someone hears your business name?

10. How do you want people to feel when they think of your business?

11. How would you want customers to describe you as a company?

Ultimately, your brand is what people will think, feel, say,

and even write about you when you’re not in the room.
